Each of us wants to stay healthy and last long. right? But what are you doing for it?
Well, healthy people know that they do not smoke, have a healthy weight, often training and eating. It sounds simple, but I know how difficult it is for those who tried to change their habits. Some people choose a drastic change, but with difficulties, simply lack motivation and just give up.
The secret of a healthy life is to take a moisture in the morning, to have a fun and physical optimism vision of physical activity. This is an easy way to improve your lifestyle. Small changes lead to big results!
1. Drink water in the morning
Wake up in the morning and drink a glass of water at room temperature. If you do not like the taste of nature, you can add a slice of lemon or lime to the water. Water helps purify our system, stimulate metabolism and eliminate toxins. Some people say it helps to lose weight.
2. Take enough sleep
Your lack of sleep makes you angry and I can not concentrate your attention. Sleep deprivation also affects your physical health (especially the heart) . Several studies have shown that 8 hours of sleep per 24 hours corresponds to the average need of adults. However, all humans are different, requiring 6 to 10 hours of sleep. If you feel sleeping between 4 pm and 6 pm, you will not rest well. 
3. Stretch in the morning!
Rather than snooze in the morning, you can make your time more important. Stretch your back, legs, neck. It will wake your body while you are sleeping. When you stretch in the morning, the blood flow to the muscles will increase, excess oxygen will be supplied, and the day will be ready for the new day.
4. Healthy way to nibble
Chips, salty nuts, candies, cookies, and other delicious items are definitely unhealthy for your body. They contain a lot of fat, salt and sugar. Raw nuts, rich in vitamins and minerals, instead of choosing fresh fruits and fruits.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially for researchers of weight loss. If you skip it, you will be hungry before lunch, you will start to eat less food with more fat and sugar but vitamins. At the American Heart Association ‘s meeting in 2003 it has been reported that a breakfast supporter has a significantly lower possibility of having diabetes overweight than a non – breakfast consumer. 
Let’s get up early as early as 15 minutes to prepare healthy dishes such as vegetable-containing omelets and yogurt fruit salads.
6. Walk every day
We all know the benefits of physical activity, but most of us do not want time or exercise. Use the stairs as often as possible instead of elevators, walk with your friends, walk your dog a bit longer than usual – physically make every opportunity physically active. Researchers say that only 12 miles per week or as much as 125 to 200 minutes per week are needed to improve the health of the heart 
7. Establish social relationship.
Singles are said to be sick and tend to be young. People without friends feel more stressful, depressed, physical activity often decreases. Furthermore, experts say social ties that people bring with it is one of the most important ways to predict future health and independence. [Five]
8. Check the ingredient list of your favorite product.
The list of ingredients contained in the product is very important because it is displayed when food to be purchased contains unnatural and unhealthy ingredients. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of unhealthy ingredients on the market. It is almost impossible to memorize all of that. Fortunately, you can find a lot of information on the internet, so please check all the items you want to buy, such as your favorite food, the most common things, cosmetics. Harmful ingredients can cause various diseases, allergic reactions, and even cancer.  
9. Find new activities!
Start a new activity with family and friends including hiking, group sports, skiing and cycling. Finding hobbies can reduce joy and stress. Also, meet the people who have the same interest as you and able to make new friends (do not forget number 7). Please enjoy your new hobby. Happy people live long!
